Ordering Information and Terms of Sale

Last updated: 2026-08-19. These terms apply to orders placed on the hardware parts platform sfp.tw operated by Sheng Fong Precision Co., Ltd. (SFP) (“the Company”, “we”). By submitting an order form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Returns and Refund Policy.

2. Products and prices

• The items sold on this platform are standard hardware fasteners (dowel pins, retaining rings, screws, nuts, washers, etc.); specifications are as stated on each product page.
• Unit prices shown on product pages and in the cart are before tax; 5% business tax is added at checkout. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$).
• Some items are sold by the pack (e.g. 10 pcs/pack); order quantities are automatically rounded up to whole packs.
• Items marked “price on request” or out of stock are not included in the online total; our staff will confirm and reply.
• Stock quantities are displayed by the system in real time, but the actual stock at the time we confirm your order prevails.
• We reserve the right to change prices and product details; once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of confirmation applies.

3. Ordering process and formation of contract

• Add items to the cart → enter your contact and delivery details → submit the order form.
• The email the system sends after submission is an order receipt notice and does not yet mean that a contract has been formed.
• The sales contract is formed only after we have checked the items, quantities, prices and stock and replied with a confirmation (or shipped the goods).
• In the event of a shortage, an obvious pricing error or inability to supply, we may cancel the order and refund it in full, without any further liability for compensation.
• Once the order is formed, you can check its progress with the online order lookup (in Chinese) using the order number and the last three digits of your contact phone number.

4. Shipping fees

We ship even a single item! There is no minimum order amount — order exactly what you need; if the order is below the free-shipping threshold, simply add the shipping fee shown above.

For offshore islands, remote areas, or overweight or oversized orders, shipping is quoted separately, and the order ships only after you agree to the quote.

5. Payment methods

• Cash on delivery: SF Express collects payment when the goods are delivered (the amount is the tax-inclusive total).
• LINE Pay: online payment.
• If any item is out of stock or its price needs to be confirmed manually, online payment will not be offered; the order will be handled as cash on delivery, or our staff will contact you.

6. Shipping and lead time

• In stock: shipped on the next business day after the order is confirmed (postponed over weekends and national holidays).
• Items to be sourced: an estimated ship date is provided by email only after the lead time has been confirmed; no date is assumed before then.
• Lead times are counted in calendar days; during the Lunar New Year holiday they are extended to the first working day after the holiday.
• SF Express normally delivers the day after shipment (no delivery on Sundays; postponed to the next delivery day); actual delivery times are determined by the carrier.
• Each order is, in principle, shipped in a single shipment; if it needs to be split, we will contact you in advance.

7. Invoices

• We issue Taiwan electronic uniform invoices (e-invoices) of the type you select at checkout: company (triplicate invoice; Taiwan tax ID and company name required) or individual (duplicate invoice; an e-invoice carrier may be specified).
• Invoices are sent by email or enclosed with the shipment. The tax ID and company name are used exactly as submitted with the order; if a correction is needed, please email us before the invoice is issued.

8. Order cancellation

An order may be cancelled by email or phone before it ships; if it has already been paid, the refund follows the refund rules. Orders that have already shipped should follow the return process instead.

9. Personal data

The name, company, contact details and address you provide are used for order processing, shipping, invoicing, after-sales service, and ongoing customer service and communication (such as quotation replies, arrival and restock notices, and related product information). We keep this information for as long as we do business with you and as required by law. It is not provided to unrelated third parties (except for necessary outsourced services such as delivery, payment and e-invoicing). You may write to us at any time to access, correct, stop communication, or delete your personal data. For how browsing data is handled, see the “Privacy” note in the platform footer.

10. Other provisions

• We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events not attributable to us, such as natural disasters, epidemics or transport disruptions, but we will notify you as soon as possible and work out a solution with you.
• Any changes to these terms will be posted on this page; orders submitted after a change are subject to the revised terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these terms.
