About Nylon Webbing Sling

Nylon webbing slings are flat woven straps with an eye at each end, for lifting workpieces, machines and pipe that must not be scratched. They are lighter than wire rope and gentle on surfaces. Sizes read as capacity x length: 2T*2M is a 2-tonne sling, 2 m long.

How to choose

• Choose the capacity by the load first, then the length by the hitch and the size of the load.
• Protect the sling on sharp edges and retire it if the webbing is cut, frayed or discoloured.
• With several slings or wide angles each sling carries less, so allow a margin.
