| Label size | 105 × 59.4 mm (A4 sheet of 10, full-bleed cut); main marks can be enlarged to A5 / A4 |
|---|---|
| Barcode type | Code 39 (vector-drawn, narrow bar 0.21 mm, wide-to-narrow ratio 3:1); Code 128, EAN-128 or QR also available |
| QR content | PO, part number, quantity, net and gross weight, lot number and carton number in one code; the format can be adapted to your receiving system |
| Barcode fields | By default one barcode each for PO NO. and ITEM NO.; lot number, production date or warehouse code can be added |
| Part numbers | Inner packs and cartons always carry your part numbers; our own item codes never appear on outer packaging |
| Labels per carton | Two side marks (one on each side) + one main mark, adjustable to how the cartons are stacked |
| Weight | Every carton is weighed before printing — no theoretical estimates |
| Carton quantity | Set per item and carton; small parts default to a maximum of 8,000 pcs per carton; when the total does not divide evenly, the remainder goes in the last carton (e.g. 9,000 pcs at 5,000 per carton → 5,000 + 4,000), and each carton's label shows its own Q'TY |
| Split shipments | Carton numbers continue from the previous shipment (if it ended at carton 5, set the next starting carton no. to 6), and shipped quantities are deducted from the order |
Packed to your specified count per bag — PE bags, anti-rust paper or vacuum packing; appearance and head diameter are checked again before packing.
Every pack gets a part-number label with a barcode or QR, printed with your part number.
Main and side marks follow the layout on your purchase order; the first batch is photographed for your approval before we print the rest.
The actual net and gross weight of each carton goes on its label, matching the shipping details and packing list.
The packing list matches the carton numbers and is emailed as a file, so your receiving team does not need to open cartons to count.
The cartons carry your company name and your customer's part numbers; if needed, we can ship the whole lot directly to your end customer.
Yes, and you do not need to register or leave any details. This page is a public tool that works for any industry — electronics, food, machinery and apparel all use the same carton-mark fields. Fill it in and print it straight onto A4 sheets of 10 labels.
No. The marks carry your company name and your customer's part numbers; we simply prepare the cartons so they can be forwarded as they are. If needed, we can also ship the whole lot directly to your end customer.
The same as on the cartons: your part numbers, inside and out. Our own item codes never appear on outer packaging.
Code 39 by default: older scanners and most ERP systems can read it, with one barcode per field (one for the PO and one for the part number). If your receiving side wants to capture the whole carton's data in one scan (quantity, net and gross weight, lot number, carton number), QR is a better fit; printing both is fine too. Code 128 and EAN-128 are also available.
Side marks are 105 × 59.4 mm (A4 sheet of 10, full-bleed cut), one on each of the two sides of the carton; the main mark goes on the front of the carton and is usually enlarged to A5. Sizes and fields can follow your company's existing requirements.
Every carton is actually weighed. Net and gross weights are printed only after weighing, and the packing list and shipping details use the same figures as the labels.
No. The carton number reads “carton no. / total cartons in this shipment”. If the previous shipment ended at carton 5, enter 6 as the “starting carton no.” for the next one and numbering continues from carton 6 with no duplicates; quantities already shipped are also deducted from the order.
