304 stainless hex head bolts, driven with a spanner or socket — the most common head form in structural and equipment assembly. Compared with socket heads they take ordinary tools and are less prone to debris packing the drive, but they need clearance to swing a spanner. Good corrosion resistance, lower strength than alloy steel.
