Lock washers (AW series) used together with the matching bearing lock nuts, with a ring of tabs around the outside. The inner tang sits in the shaft keyway so the washer cannot turn; once the nut is tightened one outer tab is bent into a slot in the nut, and the nut can no longer move - the traditional and most reliable way to lock a bearing on a shaft. Numbering matches the nuts, AW00 with AN00, and the bracketed figure is the shaft diameter.
